Returns and refunds
How a return works
- Request it. Open the delivered order, choose Request a return and give a reason. If the item arrived damaged, wrong or faulty, add a photo showing the problem — it is what decides who pays.
- The store reviews it. Returns are handled by the store that sent the item, since they hold the stock. They either refund you or send a replacement.
- YuriLink collects it. We book the courier and send you the tracking number. You do not arrange anything yourself and you pay nothing at the door.
- Refund or replacement. For a refund, tell us on your order page which account to send it to — we have none on file. A replacement is sent with its own tracking number.
Who pays the delivery
A courier is paid for every journey a parcel makes, so somebody absorbs it. YuriLink applies one rule: whoever caused the return pays for the moving.
| | Damaged, wrong or faulty | You changed your mind |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery you already paid | Refunded | Not refunded |
| Courier that takes it back | The store pays | Deducted from your refund |
| Replacement instead of a refund | Available, at the store's cost | Not offered |
| Who books the courier | YuriLink, both ways | YuriLink, both ways |
The exact figures are shown on the return before any money moves, so a refund never arrives short without an explanation.
Where your refund goes
You tell us. YuriLink holds no account for you — you paid by uploading a photo of a bKash or bank transfer, or in cash at the door, none of which leaves anything to reverse. As soon as the store accepts the return, your order page asks which bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account to use. You can correct it any time before the money is sent.
Before you request
- A return can only be started after the shipment is marked delivered. Before that, cancel it instead.
- Each shipment is returned separately — an order from three stores is three decisions.
- A return that blames the store needs a photo. Without one it cannot be accepted, because nobody can check it.
- Individual stores may set their own conditions on used or opened items. Check the product page, or message the store.
